Such products are specifically developed basing on the detailed process information provided by the end user in order to optimize the customer’s process to achieve the final desired result.
Heterogeneous catalysts on activated carbon are solid products made of particles of precious metal (platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium) finely dispersed on a support, generally consisting of powder activated carbons of various origins. The precious metal is the component which then plays a key role in the various reactions in which the catalyst is used, so as to improve their conversion, kinetics and selectivity.
